AGREEMENT
By accessing and using purelap.com.au ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Purelap provides pet health and wellness products. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate at time of listing but subject to change without notice.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products are available while stock lasts. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order. If a product becomes unavailable, you'll be notified and offered a full refund or alternative.

PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are in AUD and include GST
- Payment is required before order processing
- We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay
- Prices may change without notice (changes don't affect existing orders)

DELIVERY
- Standard delivery: 12–18 business days to Australian addresses
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Purelap is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment

FILTER SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Filters ship automatically every 2 weeks
- You can pause or cancel anytime via your account
- Cancellations take effect after the current order ships
- Subscriptions are non-refundable but can be paused indefinitely

WARRANTY
- Purelap products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty
- Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship
- Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accident
- Contact support@purelap.com.au for warranty claims

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Purelap is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business
- Pet health outcomes (consult a veterinarian for medical advice)
- Third-party product failures

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on purelap.com.au (logos, text, images, videos) is owned by Purelap. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish without permission.

USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for illegal purposes
- Harass, defame, or threaten others
- Post spam, malware, or harmful content
- Attempt to breach Site security
- Scrape or automate data collection

DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by Australian law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or legal proceedings in Victoria, Australia.

CHANGES TO TERMS
Purelap reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
