DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Delivery
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Transit: 10–15 business days to Australia
- Total: 12–18 business days from order to delivery
- Tracking provided via email

SHIPPING COST
- Orders under A$120: A$9.99 flat rate
- Orders A$120+: FREE shipping
- Shipping included in checkout total

DELIVERY COVERAGE
We ship to all Australian postcodes (mainland and territories). Remote areas may take 1–2 days longer.

TRACKING
Every order includes a tracking number. You'll receive tracking via email within 24 hours of shipment.

WHAT TO EXPECT
- Orders ship from our supplier in Asia
- All packages arrive in discreet, branded Purelap packaging
- Contents are protected and inspected before dispatch
- Signature may be required for high-value orders

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Contact us within 7 days with photos
2. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately
3. No return shipping required

If your order is lost in transit:
1. We'll investigate with the carrier
2. If unresolved within 30 days, we'll send a replacement or refund

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once an order ships, we cannot change the delivery address. Contact us immediately if your address changes before shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to Australia only. International options coming in 2027.
